There are four steps to constructing these shirts: 1) Pick out any t-shirt you want.  It can be from Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Delta, etc.  It is your choice. 2) Choose artwork to be printed on the shirt. 3) Choose artwork to go on the insert card.  The insert card is in full color and on high gloss card stock. 4) Choose a shape for the compression.  You can pick on of the shapes below, or we can custom design a shape for you.
