Weaving Techniques: Tweed: Achieved by alternating color loops, creating a blend of two colors. Tweed gives the illusion of an additional color and is often used to fill large areas in a design. Sculpting: To add depth, accent and texture the process of sculpting is applied. Sculpting is achieved by pulling all colors of yarn  through to the back of the towel, leaving no loop on the face. Double Jacquard: A highlighting technique. It weaves the design in two colors without pulling loops up or down. It leaves a flat surface ideal for accenting your design with multiple lines of copy. Color Fill: Used in conjunction with sculpting. Color fill accents the sculpted background by changing the filling yarns. A very strong option on white or light colored towels.
